Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when available.

We love bringing you exciting new styles through preorders! Estimated shipping timeframes for preorder items are clearly stated in each individual product listing.

Preorder arrival dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer production schedules, supplier delays, or shipping carrier disruptions. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates as information becomes available.

Some items may ship directly from our trusted brand partners and suppliers. Processing and delivery times for these items may vary and will be communicated in the product listing when applicable. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
